  • Trusted by thousands of businesses and operating at significant scale across markets.

  • Product-driven environment with a strong engineering culture and high standards for quality and reliability.

  • Teams include engineers and operators from leading global tech companies and high-growth startups.

  • Actively investing in AI as a core capability, not an experiment.

The company is building an AI-native bank for ambitious businesses.

Your Impact:
  • Build and ship AI-powered tools and agents across the full lifecycle (idea → production).

  • Design systems where AI is core, not an add-on.

  • Turn experiments into real, production-ready features.

  • AI-native: you use AI daily and think in agents, workflows, and automation.

  • Product mindset: you care about adoption, not just output.

  • You turn messy problems into scalable solutions.

Bonus Points If:
  • You’ve built or orchestrated AI agents or multi-step workflows.

  • You’re comfortable with LLM APIs, prompting, and tool-calling.

  • You’ve integrated AI into real systems (CI/CD, observability, dev tooling).

Why Join:
  • Competitive compensation + equity

  • Hybrid setup in UK

  • Top-tier hardware & tools
