As a Senior Agency Partner, you are the face of audio for your agency group — a trusted authority who combines commercial acumen with data-led insight. This is a senior, outward-facing role that drives audio and digital revenue across the UK agency landscape.
You are expected to lead by example: owning high-level planning conversations, steering strategic decisions, and sharing deep audio knowledge both internally and externally. You'll shape how agencies understand and invest in audio, and you’ll champion innovation across every interaction. You are the leading audio expert supporting and mentoring the wider team, whilst driving that new revenue growth across all audio revenue streams
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Agency Partner at Global, you will:
Revenue & Growth
Drive sustainable audio and digital revenue growth across a portfolio of UK media agencies.
Deliver proactive solutions across the full audio portfolio — from spot airtime and DAX to podcast partnerships and branded content.
Unlock incremental spend by identifying untapped planning opportunities and aligning Global products to strategic needs.
Work with audio teams across your patch to identify growth opportunities, lead client inspirations sessions and plan strategies to convert new brands into audio spenders
Agency Leadership
Lead high-level planning and strategy conversations with senior agency stakeholders, influencing long-term investment decisions.
Build trusted, credible relationships across planning, strategy, investment and digital teams.
Present with clarity, impact and commercial authority — becoming the person agencies turn to for expert audio consultation.
Insight, Data & Thought Leadership
Be the internal and external expert on audio — sharing trends, insights, audience behaviour and campaign effectiveness.
Own the development and delivery of insight-led presentations, market commentary and case studies that position Global as thought leaders in audio.
Bring performance data to life in a compelling way that helps agencies understand impact and build confidence in audio investment.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with agency managers, trading and investment leads , digital leads to ensure flawless execution of campaigns and delivery of commercial objectives.
Champion innovation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new audio solutions for agencies and clients.
Work closely with OOH colleagues to ensure we are maximising opportunities across both revenue streams
Forecasting & Pipeline
Maintain an active, transparent sales pipeline via Salesforce with regular updates and revenue forecasting.
Be accountable for your own team’s performance and across all KPIs and trends vs previous years
Deliver strategic business plans which demonstrate actions on new client, lapsed spenders and multi channel client growth

- Worked closely with audio, digital and OOH colleagues to deliver integrated, cross-platform solutions.
- Delivered insight-led presentations and thought leadership that position Global as a leader in audio.
- Developed a clear stakeholder contact plan and progressed opportunities through a strong Salesforce pipeline.
- Led strategic planning and client inspiration sessions that convert new brands into audio and re-engage lapsed spend.
- Contributed to a collaborative, high-performance culture through leadership, innovation and commercial excellence.

Deep knowledge of audio, digital and media agency ecosystems — you are the expert in the room.
A proven track record of consultative selling, with strong commercial results and senior-level client engagement.
