The Advertising team is building a leading ads business to position Netflix as a premier platform for advertisers and drive revenue growth.

We’re hiring a Senior Ads Revenue EMEA Business Partner to support the scale and evolution of our ads business across pricing, incentives, order management, contract support, and advertiser/agency partnerships.

This role partners cross-functionally with Revenue Yield Analytics/Pricing, FP&A, Legal, Product, Sales, and Engineering to solve complex revenue recognition and operational challenges. Based in London, you’ll collaborate across US and international teams.

If you meet most of the requirements but not all, we encourage you to apply.

In this role, you will

  • Own accuracy and completeness of EMEA revenue accounting across Direct IO (direct insertion orders), Live, and Brand Partnerships/Sponsorships.

  • Lead month- and quarter-end close activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting across agency incentives (rebates, credits, discounts) and customer remediation (makegoods, credit memos, re-bills).

  • Act as the regional Revenue Accounting primary point of contact for contract negotiation and execution of new EMEA media models and agency agreements.

  • Partner cross-functionally (Legal, Sales, Sales Ops, Finance, Tax) to provide revenue recognition, invoicing, and accounting guidance.

  • Support implementation, testing, and optimisation of ads infrastructure (customer relationship management (CRM) and order management systems) in partnership with global teams.

  • Manage non-standard billing and invoicing requests, with a focus on scalable solutions.

  • Bridge US GAAP and local statutory reporting requirements with EMEA Finance and Tax teams.

  • Partner with Credit, Collections, and Disputes to resolve issues and help ensure timely payment.

  • Drive process improvements across Sales Ops, Engineering, Pricing, and our enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform (Workday).

Education & Experience (must-have)

  • 8+ years of relevant accounting experience or equivalent expertise.

  • Experience in ad tech, media, or agency environments.

  • Strong track record in project management and process improvement.

  • Experience reviewing and accounting for agency contracts (rebates, credits, discounts).

  • Experience with CRM and/or order management systems.

  • Experience scaling or automating revenue processes.

What we’re looking for

  • Takes ownership of work, follows through on commitments, and proactively identifies issues and opportunities.

  • Able to design and implement new processes and ways of working in a scaling environment.

  • Able to independently structure problems, identify options, and drive to solutions, while collaborating where needed.

  • Communicates effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and can influence decisions using data and clear reasoning.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, with appropriate communication and escalation.

  • Brings a learning mindset, attention to detail, and seeks opportunities to improve processes.

  • Able to make progress in situations with evolving requirements, asking clarifying questions and aligning with partners as needed.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workday Financials or similar cloud ERP systems.
