Location: Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term, Full time, or Permanent, Full time
Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
Hybrid (3 days at the office)
Global Capital Markets is a specialised division of CSC, which offers management, trustee and administration services for a broad range of structured finance and securitisation deals. This service is run by a committed team of highly accomplished professionals, well known in the industry for their expertise and dedication. The team is committed to providing a personal and practical approach, dedicated to building long-term relationships with clients and business partners in the structured finance area.
Some of the things you'll be doing

• Prepare, review, and develop investor reports for relevant stakeholders in securitisations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with transaction documentation and market standards
• Perform and analyze waterfall, derivatives, and swap calculations, verifying correctness against transaction structures
• Prepare, review, and maintain SPV financial statements, including balance sheets, profit-and-loss accounts, and (audited) annual reports
• Analyze financial data to produce internal and external reports and statements
• Serve as the primary client contact for administration and reporting matters, developing and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, including ISAE 3402 Type II standards
• Collaborate closely with accountants, company lawyers, tax advisors, and other internal and external stakeholders
• Support, mentor, and guide a team of junior and medior accountants to foster professional growth and high-quality output

Some of the things you'll be doing

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a comparable field
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in structured finance within a financial institution or corporate service provider; experience in trust services is a plus
• Strong analytical and commercial skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to maintain a helicopter view of complex matters
• Ability to understand, manage, and advise complex international clients and sophisticated financial structures
• Highly motivated, eager to grow, and willing to take on challenges while constructively challenging others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Dutch language skills are a plus
