We’re always moving; helping manufacturers navigate market shifts, customizing supply chain solutions, testing components using cutting-edge technology, and more.

We are looking for a new team member with a proven sales track record in the semiconductor industry (independent distribution) to join our team in Maidenhead. You will use your knowledge and experience of the industry to expand Smith’s customer portfolio, generating high-revenue projects.

  • Job-type: Full-time

  • Location: Maidenhead Office. Hybrid or Remote setting are possible for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.  

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.  

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in EMEA with your existing customer relationship

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.  

  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • Must have at least 6+ years of relevant experience within the semiconductor industry (independent distribution)

  • Fluent in English; fluency in another European language an advantage.

  • Drive in a fast-paced working environment and work well independently with little managerial involvement

  • Service and results oriented

  • Commitment to customer satisfaction

  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality and manage proprietary data

  • Ability to overcome customer objections
