We are now looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Advertising team! You will have the opportunity to work with big clients on complex campaigns across all Guardian products, setting a high standard and expertise across the solutions team.

 

About the Role

  • Manage and provide the best responses to briefs across all Guardian products, ensuring high-quality solutions for clients. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with publishing and partnership teams to enhance collaboration so we can provide the best responses and post-sales service (including PCAs). 
  • Host innovative and effective internal briefing sessions. 
  • Coordinate with internal ad ops and project management teams to ensure smooth campaign execution. 
  • A primary revenue driver, responsible for growing client spend while maintaining accurate financial reporting and predictive forecasting.

About You

  • Proven customer-facing experience in advertising sales, agency, digital, marketing, product, or communications. 
  • Experience managing and pitching complex advertising campaigns. 
  • Are a strategic thinker with a proven ability to identify and lead initiatives to drive business performance. 
  • Demonstrates autonomy, proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.

We operate in a hybrid environment working 3 days a week from our offices in Kings Cross and 2 days a week remotely.

You'll have 30 days of annual leave per year (plus bank holidays) with the option to purchase an additional 5 days.
