You will play a key role in aligning our platform and services to major public sector transformation agendas from workforce transformation and cost optimisation to operating model redesign and organisational agility.

This is a performance-based role that blends account management, strategic advisory, and commercial growth. Success will be measured through retention, expansion, and services revenue.

  • Advise clients on organisational maturity, including structure, headcount planning, role design, and capability alignment.
  • Lead account planning and growth strategy, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across platform and services.
  • Navigate public sector procurement processes, frameworks, and contracting cycles.
  • Facilitate executive-level reviews, aligning Orgvue’s impact to public sector priorities such as cost efficiency, service delivery, and workforce modernisation.
  • Own the full commercial lifecycle — including renewals, forecasting, pipeline development, and contract execution.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Professional Services, Product, and Partners to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Drive adoption and long-term value realisation across complex stakeholder groups.

Requirements
  • 5+ years’ experience in public sector account management, consulting, or enterprise sales, ideally within a consultancy, SaaS, or transformation environment.
  • Proven experience managing and growing public sector accounts, including renewals and expansion.
  • Strong understanding of government / public sector operating environments, including procurement frameworks and buying processes.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders across HR, finance, strategy, and transformation functions.
  • Knowledge of organisation design, operating model transformation, workforce strategy, or human capital transformation.
  • Ability to translate complex transformation challenges into structured, data-driven solutions.
  • Commercially astute, with confidence in forecasting, pricing, and negotiation within a regulated or structured buying environment.
  • Familiarity with HR technology, workforce analytics, or organisational design tools is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with or selling into government, healthcare, education, or wider public sector organisations is essential.

Benefits
  • Hybrid working (2 days in London office)
  • Private Medical Insurance (including Dental and Vision) and Life Assurance
  • 25 days holiday (increasing to 30 days at a rate of 1 extra day per year)
  • Employer pension contribution of 5% of your gross salary, if you contribute a minimum of 3%
  • Season Ticket Loan
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Wellbeing support: Sanctus Coaching, virtual fitness sessions, wellbeing webinars, annual wellbeing day

Here at Orgvue we promote individualism and a diverse workforce to build on our future success.
