Due to continuing growth we're seeking a talented Senior Account Manager to join our team at ApotheCom. Join our dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly growing account, supporting the delivery of high-quality Medical Education programmes across a variety of therapy areas.

About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, development, and execution of impactful medical education initiatives. You'll work across an exciting mix of projects including:

  • International congress activities
  • Advisory boards and steering committee management
  • Disease area education programmes
  • HCP engagement initiatives and learning solutions

You'll partner closely with clients, KOLs, and internal teams to ensure programmes are delivered to the highest standard—on time, on budget, and strategically aligned.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in a MedComms or Medical Education agency environment
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to drive processes forward and stay ahead of deadlines
  • Confidence managing complex, multi-workstream programmes
  • A proactive mindset and solutions-oriented approach
  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients, colleagues, and external experts
  • Strategic thinking and the desire to influence programme development
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
