THE POSITION

The Senior Account Manager is at the forefront of Zeta’s strategic client and agency partnerships. You will work closely with our sales team to communicate Zeta’s competitive advantage, ensure clients are meeting their campaign performance goals and drive account growth.  This position is in our London office. You will work closely with the local team and collaborate with the teams in France, Spain and the US as necessary.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of Zeta’s offerings, reporting analysis, competitive advantages, resources and processes and be able to articulate them persuasively to prospects and customers
  • Grow revenue from existing accounts by targeting top digital ad spenders and drive incremental and renewal opportunities
  • Craft QBR presentations that specifically and distinctly express Zeta’s value proposition tied to campaign performance, with a focus on up-sell opportunities
  • Represent Zeta at industry events, trade shows etc.
  • Coordinate all pre-launch executions, including custom creative build-outs, preparation of research studies, set-up for ad/audience verification requests, etc.
  • Serve as point person for all post-sale campaign requests and communication with client, including creative changes, pacing reports, performance reports, client meetings, campaign recommendations, etc.
  • Monitor third party reporting for pacing, performance and discrepancy purposes
  • Work closely with optimization team to provide feedback and analysis for direct response and brand awareness campaigns, including optimisation suggestions and recommendations
  • Share expertise and advise clients on new campaign strategies to generate continued results
  • Prepare post-campaign analysis reports for clients
  • Manage new and existing client campaigns to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations and maintain strong relationships with advertisers to ensure long-term success 
  • Manage the flow of insertion orders, creative tags and pixel requests


THE CANDIDATE

  • 4+ years' experience in online advertising within the Account Management or similar function  
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture both internal and external relationships and work effectively at all levels of the decision process
  • Understanding of at least one DSP
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining careful attention to detail
  • Passion for digital media and thorough understanding of the online advertising industry 
  • Strong analytic skills, including high level of comfort with Excel 
  • Excellent business writing, training, communication, organisational and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidance
  • Travel as needed

SALARY RANGE

The salary range for this role is £70,000 - £80,000, depending on location and experience.
