We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Senior Account Manager to join our team. This role requires a skilled leader with expertise in digital marketing, account management, and project execution to drive measurable success.
Role Overview
As a Senior Account Manager at TOPOSOPHY, you’ll lead the end-to-end execution of marketing strategies while managing client relationships and overseeing actionable project plans. This role requires a blend of digital expertise, strategic thinking, and project management skills. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs, lead a team of marketing professionals, manage budgets, and ensure seamless coordination across all project phases. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adept at problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of marketing and multimedia projects, ensuring seamless coordination from conception to completion.
- Develop, oversee, and manage comprehensive project plans, including scoping, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk assessment to ensure seamless execution of digital workflows
- Foster collaborative relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring projects align with their goals.
- Coordinate directly with designers, content creators, and other stakeholders to deliver work that meets or exceeds client standards.
- Act as a central liaison among team members, departments, and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and project progress.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality, including leading digital asset management efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; additional certifications in digital marketing or project management are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in client account management, project management, and digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Skilled in building and managing client relationships, leading discussions, and translating client objectives into effective strategies.
- Strong organizational skills, with experience managing complex workflows, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to extract actionable insights and present them effectively.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital media production, social media platforms, email marketing, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite, and web technologies.
- Excellent Greek & English communication skills, with a talent for clear and persuasive presentations and an understanding of storytelling, brand voice, media planning, and KPI analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in managing budgets to achieve optimal resource allocation and ROI.
