Job Description

Part of the Global Partnerships capability, the Partner Account Management (PAM) team is dedicated to onboarding and supporting Google Marketing Platform (GMP) clients.

With a focus on technology licensing, platform implementation, and renewals, the PAM team is the primary point of contact for GMP clients, providing the strategic and technical support needed to ensure the platform effectively drives performance against their business objectives.

The Senior Partner Account Manager is a strategic advisor to key GMP clients, managing complex implementations and driving platform adoption at scale. This role focuses on high-value accounts, renewal negotiations, and expansion strategies to maximise client success and business growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a portfolio of high-value GMP clients, providing expert guidance on technology usage and best practices.

  • Lead strategic account planning sessions, aligning GMP capabilities with client business goals.

  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical and business challenges, working cross-functionally to resolve issues.

  • Drive renewal strategies and identify upsell opportunities to increase platform investment.

  • Deliver client training sessions, product updates, and thought leadership presentations.

  • Partner with internal teams to advocate for client needs and influence GMP product roadmaps.

  • Mentor junior PAMs and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Strategic Account Management: Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise-level accounts.

  • Deep Technical Expertise: Advanced understanding of GMP products, data analytics, and integrations.

  • Negotiation & Renewal Management: Experience handling renewals, contract discussions, and commercial growth.

  • Stakeholder Influence: Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.

  • Thought Leadership: Ability to provide industry insights and strategic guidance to clients.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work across teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
