We are looking for a high-performance Sales Account Executive / Manager who can drive sales to new and existing customers related to Oracle Cloud solutions in the UK . You will be responsible for generating, identifying and qualifying leads, developing and presenting proposals, negotiating and closing deals, and maintaining customer relationships. You will work closely with our technical, functional and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

The ideal candidate will be an expert presenter, negotiator and businessperson who builds strategic partnerships and gains consensus across multiple organisational levels to maximise results. Experience selling cloud technology products and services with focus on customer needs is required. Ideally you will have strong network in and extensive experience with the Oracle Cloud eco-system.

Responsibilities:

  • Dedicated to developing & pursuing sales strategies aimed towards finding net new business opportunities in your region, building a pipeline of qualified opportunities through strategic and disciplined individual effort.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services and demonstrate expertise in solving customer problems with the benefits of our solutions.
  • Discuss and demonstrate the added value and capabilities to prospects and clients.
  • Consistently maintain accurate information of your activities, next steps, probabilities, communications and forecasting within our sales tools
  • Develop sales strategies for new clients, including identifying target markets and creating presentations to showcase product offerings.
  • Conduct regular account reviews with existing clients to provide a great customer experience, keep communication open, and be prepared to offer new solutions.
  • Identify and grow opportunities, collaborating with appropriate resources to ensure growth objectives!
  • Prepare effective presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate long term agreements/contracts with customers including pricing, terms, and conditions of sale.
  • Participate in marketing and networking events such as seminars and trade shows and develop strong relationship with strategic partners.
  • Proactively identify, escalate and participate in resolving clients and prospects concerns issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of sales and consulting experience in the IT industry, focused on Oracle Technology
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A strong understanding of the Oracle Cloud value proposition, features, and benefits
  • A willingness to travel within Netherlands and occasionally abroad.
  • A self-motivated, self-starter, results-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
