Trust Payments has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager (Gaming) to join their team.

Location: London, UK - Hybrid

How will you make an impact in this role?
The Role:

Responsible for collaborating with a portfolio of the company's top revenue generating clients within the Gaming sector. You'll contribute to maintaining and growing revenue of these assigned key accounts. The focus is on developing a deeper understanding of clients' business goals and creating collaborative strategies to connect these goals with the Trust product suite. This is a diverse role that values commercial awareness and relationship-building skills

What We Expect of You, Day To Day

  • Serve as the primary contact for your portfolio of key accounts
  • Develop understanding of your clients' payment strategies to increase adoption of Trust Payments products and services
  • Create and nurture strategic account plans to build value-driven relationships that foster long-term development and retention, optimizing revenue potential
  • Identify opportunities for additional services within the account portfolio and develop thoughtful proposals for client consideration
  • Facilitate quarterly business reviews with your portfolio, providing meaningful insights into client processing, identifying opportunities, and addressing relevant client challenges
  • Monitor performance of key accounts portfolio to support quarterly volume, revenue and additional service targets
  • Collaborate across functions with Product/Compliance/Risk teams to resolve client queries and implement additional service opportunities
  • Contribute within Trust Payments by supporting and sharing knowledge with team members
  • Share expertise and guidance with clients and internal teams on primary technology
  • Gather customer feedback to help identify potential new features or products that enhance our market position
  • Participate in relevant company marketing or industry events to strengthen client relationships and grow accounts

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management within the Payments industry
  • Knowledge of the Gaming sector with experience supporting a portfolio of Gaming clients
  • Experience in account development (volumes & revenues) through additional services with a history of client retention
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with ability to connect with stakeholders at multiple levels
  • Skilled at presenting to stakeholders during client meetings and Business Reviews
  • Resourceful approach to challenges with ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and understanding their application in client relationships
  • Collaborative team contributor dedicated to achieving positive outcomes for the team
