At Instabase, we're passionate about democratizing access to cutting-edge AI innovation to enable any organization to solve previously unsolvable unstructured data problems in their industry.  With customers representing some of the largest and most complex organizations in the world, and investors like Greylock, Andreessen Horowitz, and Index Ventures, our market opportunity is near infinite.

Instabase offers a consumption-based pricing model where customers can pay only for what they use, aligning directly with the value our products deliver. It empowers our clients to explore our AI Hub platform features extensively, enabling them to uncover crucial business insights. This customer-centric model allows Instabase to glean insights from diverse use cases and behaviors, ensuring we deliver top-tier solutions that provide unmatched advantages for everyday business operations.

With offices in San Francisco, New York, London and Bengaluru, Instabase is a truly global company. We are people-first, and we've built a fearlessly experimental, endlessly curious, customer obsessed team who work together and help organizations around the world turn their unstructured data into insights instantly.

Our Enterprise Sales team is responsible for helping the biggest global enterprises push their pace of innovation by challenging ordinary thinking. This team is strategically expanding our client base in the Fortune 500 (> $ 1 billion in revenue) segment. We're continuing to build this team with individuals who operate with intentionality and can problem-solve the most critical parts of our customer's operations by harnessing the power of true invention.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our most strategic existing accounts. In this role, you will be focused on understanding the customer's business needs and challenges, with the goal of aligning the Instabase value proposition to these challenges.

What you’ll do:

  • Align with the company's strategic objectives, handle and grow revenue at designated customer accounts.
  • Build pipeline, forecast business, lead the internal team, communicate key updates and competitive intelligence.
  • Build relationships at multiple levels – with executives, champions, and decision-makers, such as CIOs, IT executives, LOB executives, program managers, and other important partners.
  • Drive value-based growth within the account and lead complex, large-scale transactions.
  • Expand the Instabase footprint into new business units and use cases.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Coordinate and conduct quarterly business reviews with your customers to keep them apprised of the Instabase roadmap and how to gain the most ROI from their existing investment
  • Develop and deliver Account plans to address customer and prospect priorities and critical needs
  • Build a plan for success internally at Instabase and externally with your account

About you:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of software sales experience demonstrating increased responsibility and exceeding sales targets.
  • You have previously excelled in an early-stage company -- you know how to navigate and be successful with limited oversight.
  • Experience selling in a SaaS and consumption selling motion
  • Experience selling workflow automation and Artificial Intelligence solutions is a plus
  • Prior customer relationships with CIOs, program managers, and essential decision-makers at local accounts
  • Managing a small set of enterprise accounts rather than a broad territory
  • The ability to simplify a technical capability into a value-based benefit
  • Experience utilizing MEDDPICC or similar methodology to qualify sales opportunities properly

The OTE range is £ 215,000 to £ 245,000 plus equity and UK Benefits.
