Senior Account Manager - EMEA

About Pixi

Pixi is a global beauty brand known for effortlessly enhancing natural beauty through innovative skincare and colour cosmetics. With our roots in London and a growing international presence, we are on a mission to make every moment glow. Our team is passionate, nimble, and driven by a deep love for beauty, creativity, and operational excellence.

The Role

We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow our business across key European retailers, including Sephora, Douglas, ICI Paris XL, and Marionnaud. This pivotal commercial role within the EMEA business is responsible for developing account strategies, driving in-year performance, and building strong, long-term retail partnerships.

Role Impact

  • Retail Growth & Brand Execution: As our Senior Account Manager for EMEA, you will lead Pixi’s growth across Sephora, Douglas, Nocibé, ICI Paris XL, Marionnaud, and other leading beauty retailers. You will be accountable for delivering sell-out performance, maximising visibility, and ensuring flawless brand execution in every market.
  • Strategic Partnership Leadership: Acting as the primary contact for senior retail buyers and marketing teams, you will build trusted relationships that drive shared commercial success and long-term brand equity.
  • Full 360° Account Ownership: You will manage every aspect of the account—from forecasting, commercial planning, and marketing activation to stock flow, training, and event execution—working cross-functionally to deliver a seamless consumer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key retail partners across the EMEA region, ensuring alignment on commercial objectives and brand vision.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans for each retailer, with clear sales, visibility, and execution KPIs.
  • Deliver sell-out growth through impactful merchandising, retail education, events, and marketing activations tailored to each market.
  • Lead seasonal and new product launch strategies, ensuring timely registration, stock availability, and marketing alignment.
  • Own and manage account-level P&L, forecasting, stock management, and replenishment cycles.
  • Partner with the Education team to deliver inspiring retail training and in-store activations, ensuring BA teams are engaged and confident in representing Pixi.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to identify opportunities, address challenges, and secure future growth commitments.
  • Analyse performance data, competitor activity, and market trends to provide actionable insights and inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent Pixi at major industry events, retailer conferences, and market visits across the region.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years managing high-profile retail accounts within the beauty, wellness, or FMCG sectors—experience with Sephora, Douglas, or other premium beauty retailers strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in driving sell-out, delivering against KPIs, and managing P&L across multiple countries.
  • Strong understanding of the EMEA beauty retail landscape and ability to navigate diverse market dynamics.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, able to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
  • Confident public speaker with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills; able to engage both internal teams and retail partners.
  • Comfortable working with data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (especially French or German) are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the EMEA region.
