Key Responsibilities 

Craft Knowledge

  • Keep up to date on the latest developments, features and products from each platform, ensure all accounts are implementing new features and share amongst the team where necessary. 
  • Upskilling Paid Social Executives in relevant channel knowledge.  
  • Certifications - Apply and complete relevant platform certifications. 

Finance & Admin 

  • Oversee bookings and ensure financial processes are being followed by junior members of staff. 
  • Provide/QA the Spend Tracker reconciliation to the finance team. 

Campaign Management 

  • Have a deeper understanding of campaign optimisations – especially around conversion-based campaigns where applicable. 
  • Understand the fundamentals for all social platforms including, but not limited to: Linkedin, Snapchat, Pinterest, Tiktok, Meta, Reddit and X.  
  • Be able to create naming conventions for new accounts which work for reporting and measurement requirements. 
  • Ensuring the QA process is adhered to across all activations.  
  • Understanding conversion & brand lift test results. 
  • Take responsibility for the overall output of client reports and reviews, ensuring the data is correct and displayed in the correct format and includes insightful and useful commentary. 
  • Analyse and draw detailed insights from client campaigns on an ad-hoc basis to drive optimisations. 

Client Servicing 

  • Develop ideas for campaign improvement and share plans with the account manager to develop key accounts. 
  • Should have presentation training and be able to present relevant PCA slides to wider team and clients. 

 

Desired Skills & Experience 

  • Experience working with performance clients 
  • Experience working with most Paid Social platform including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and LinkedIn’s ad platforms. (Not compulsory to have worked on all but have some understanding). 
  • Passionate about digital and can demonstrate an interest in it outside the workplace 
  • Confident in leading conversations around social strategy and tactics 
  • Knowledge of other digital channels and disciplines, such as Affiliates, SEO and Display is a plus but not mandatory 
  • Excellent written and numerical skills 
  • Strong Excel skills 
  • Strong presentation skills 
  • Excellent analytical and strategic skills 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Strong organisational skills
