Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Senior Account Executive to join our Client Services team. The ideal candidate will be developing a foundation in managing accounts within the advertising or media industry, particularly in OOH media or in an integrated agency. This role would be a great jump up for a hungry Account Executive or Production Assistant that is ready to progress their career in client services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and a proactive and positive approach to supporting client needs and ensuring campaign success.
You will love multitasking and be passionate about solving problems. We’re a very collaborative team and would love to add someone with initiative and curiosity.

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Support: A key contact for our clients and team, responsible for supporting the delivery of mural, flyposting and guerrilla OOH activity across several accounts.
- Campaign Assistance: Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of OOH media campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, and operations) to ensure high-quality results.
- Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development of tailored OOH media strategies that align with client goals. Assist in preparing presentations and proposals. Communicates effectively and professionally to build one-to-one relationships with the client, gaining a solid understanding of our clients’ businesses.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities for account growth and support the presentation of innovative solutions to clients.
- Financial Administration: Assist in updating budgets, managing PO requests, and ensuring financial accuracy throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the OOH media space.
Qualifications
- Account Executive or Production/Event Assistant experience in the advertising or media industry
- An understanding of OOH media formats and technologies
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Detail orientated with a proactive nature
- Strong communication skills
- A passion for creative production
