You've probably walked past our lockers on the streets of your city. That's where it starts! But we're building something much bigger: the infrastructure layer for how Europe receives deliveries.

We've scaled past €100M in revenue across 9 countries in under four years, with tens of millions of people using our products every month. And we're now one of the fastest growing tech scale-ups in Europe.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to drive strategic account development and foster long-term relationships with enterprise-level clients in the Courier, Express, and Parcel (CEP) industry.

Based remotely in the UK, this role requires frequent travel to client sites across the country, as well as occasional visits to offices in other European locations.

Fair warning: we're scaling fast and the data and reporting capabilities are scaling with us. You'll often need to pull from multiple systems and build the picture yourself before you can analyse it. If you need everything pre-structured to do good work, this isn't the role.

  • Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships, acting as a strategic advisor to key accounts ;

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts ;

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging insights to deliver value-driven solutions to clients ;

  • Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events to strengthen relationships and drive brand awareness.

What you’ll bring to the table

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree, Masters degree preferred ;

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing large enterprise accounts with 7-figure ARR, ideally in the CEP, Postal, or Transport & Logistics industries ;

  • Proven ability to develop meaningful client relationships and be recognized as a trusted advisor ;

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work entrepreneurially ;

  • Fluent in English. Any additional languages are a plus ;

  • A chance to become a Bloqstars in your country, helping lay the foundations for our local presence and future success ;

  • A dynamic and fast-paced work environment with a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning ;
