Natterbox Ltd, a leading provider of AI-powered contact center technology, is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, nurturing high-value relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

    • Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of potential customers.
    • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Understand customer needs and position tailored solutions that deliver real value.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a strategic partner and advisor.
    • Present and demonstrate our solutions effectively to decision-makers, highlighting key benefits.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support of products and services.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and competition to provide insights that help shape product and sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proximity to our London, Sydney, or Chicago offices 3-5 days per week.
  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS contact center technology to mid-market or enterprise organizations.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth and consistently exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Impeccable personal presentation.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments while maintaining self-driven motivation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
