About the Role:

As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive at CleverTap Gaming, you will be responsible for winning Net-New gaming clients and expanding existing gaming accounts in the EU region, the largest and most lucrative market for Gaming Publishers and Studios. You will bring our leading LiveOps, CRM, and Analytics platform to market in strategic engagements with leading EU game publishers and studios and walk into a full pipeline that will require your focus from day 1, while continuing to build pipeline and penetrate into new prospect accounts. You’ll also be inheriting a book of Gaming business and be tasked with retaining and the expansion of existing client accounts.


What will you do? 

- Win key strategic gaming accounts.

- Attend industry events to drive pipeline business and visit prospective clients in the field.

- Build strategic account plans with an emphasis on mapping out the prospect/accounts org, identifying key decision-makers and potential champions and developing a point of view for outreach and/or expansion.

- Establish credibility as a trusted advisor and gaming expert within your accounts, plan and manage QBRs in close collaboration with Customer Success with the aim of driving client satisfaction and expanding ARR.

- Present new business pitches, business cases, and proposals.

- Stay up to date on key Gaming industry trends, changes, and news.

- Serve as the primary manager of your regional prospect and account list, coordinating with our global gaming practice to marshall the right resources to win large gaming publishers.


What we are looking for

Must have: 

- Experience in Mobile Free To Play Games either as a Game Tech B2B SaaS or Professional Services provider, or experience in a business development capacity working for a game studio or publisher.

- Ideally London-based

- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.

- A minimum of 3 years in an enterprise SaaS sales or business development role

- Versed in MEDDPIC and other deal qualification frameworks and/or enterprise sales methodologies.

- Comfortable selling value and mapping to business outcomes - (no feature or price selling).

- High EQ and ability to build deep relationships with prospects.

- Experience negotiating and closing large enterprise deals with complex sales cycles and diverse sets of business and technical stakeholders.

- Experience managing internal workstreams, gathering product feature requirements, and key client deliverables.

- A solution-oriented and inquisitive mindset, with deep attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Comfortable digging into business goals, pain points, and processes, building deep knowledge around your client’s business and games.

- A natural collaborator, adept at working cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders and teams in Solution Engineer, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Alliances, and Technical Support.

- You need to be passionate about games.


Good to have: 

- Relationships in the Gaming space with mobile game studios and publishers.

- Domain knowledge of mobile SDK’s

- Martech or Product A/B testing and optimization experience (retention, engagement, and down-funnel monetization solutions).

- MarTech Agency or System Integrator experience
