Join us as a Securitization Associate

You will be working in growing global (London / Stamford / Paris) team underwriting, purchasing, and syndicating corporate credit backed securitisations in various formats. The underlying corporate credit assets tend to be direct lending loans, private credit and broadly syndicated loans (BSL).

Your main focus will be on providing origination support and leading execution, and also making sure we deliver on our business strategy.

We offer flexible working: You will be required to work from our London office at least 3 times per week.

What you'll do

As a Securitization Associate, you’ll be working with various private finance focused teams within the bank to win new mandates from existing and new customers in Europe, UK, and the US.

You’ll also be:

  • Supporting the development and maintenance of client relationships, income streams, or new business opportunities
  • Risk analysis of new transactions
  • Lead the structuring and execution of securitisation transactions, working with clients, client facing teams, Trading, Finance, Legal, and other functions
  • The team operates a global model and there will be opportunities to work on CLOs, Private Credit securitisations, and similar transactions for both US and European customers

The skills you'll need

To succeed in this role, you’ll need experience in structuring or investing in Securitisations (esp CLOs), paired with quantitative, analytical and modelling skills. Strong project management skills are essential.

Additionally, you’ll bring:

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work across geographies as the desk operates a global model
