  • You'll work from home some of the time and you'll be based in our London office at least twice a week
What you'll do

As a Secured Programmes Transaction Manager, you’ll be helping to manage our existing funding programmes to ensure the bank’s readiness to attract new funding. We’ll look to you to support the creation of new structures and programmes, as well as delivering reports to the central bank, regulators and the investor community.

You’ll also be:

  • Supporting the definition and execution of processes and controls for all trade booking, cash management, and reporting requirements for existing and new securitisation transactions, the bank’s regulated covered bond programme, and central bank contingent liquidity schemes
  • Helping to improve the safety and soundness of the bank and the potential value under central bank contingent liquidity schemes
  • Providing support in managing the back-stop facility that allows the bank to continue its operations in the worst liquidity stressed environments
The skills you'll need

We're looking for someone with strong data analysis skills and a keen eye for detail, able to collate and interpret data from multiple sources and platforms. You should also have an interest in securitisation with some understanding of the different types of secured funding mechanisms.

As well as this, you'll demonstrate:

  • Strong Microsoft Excel, VBA or SQL skills
  • An understanding of documenting procedures, processes and controls
  • Experience in project disciplines and controls
  • The ability to deliver against challenging deadlines
  • The ability to work through issues with minimal supervision
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
