About the Role

We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inbound SDR(Sales Development Representative) to help us achieve our ambitious growth targets in the UKI and French market. As an Inbound SDR, you will play a critical role in building and nurturing our sales pipeline by promptly responding to and qualifying incoming leads.

You will partner with a talented team of sales professionals, benefiting from excellent professional development opportunities within a fun and collaborative environment. What You Will Do
  • Respond quickly to inbound leads received via our website, chat, email, and marketing campaigns.

  • Qualify inbound prospects and schedule consultations with our Account Directors.

  • Identify and assess the needs of prospective customers, providing clear information about Perk’s value proposition.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records and interactions in Salesforce.

  • Develop expert knowledge of the Perk platform to answer prospect questions.

  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead flow and qualification processes.

  • Engage in consultative conversations with Office Managers, CFOs, and Travel Managers to understand their challenges and present Perk’s solutions.

What We’re Looking For
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal; native French language skills and high English proficiency are required.

  • Ability to quickly build rapport and credibility with leads through excellent listening and consultative skills.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.

  • Resilient, proactive, and results-driven with sound judgement and integrity.

  • Eager to learn and collaborate as part of a team.

  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others.

  • Legal authorisation to work in Spain is required.

Interview Process

Our process is designed to be transparent and efficient, helping you showcase your strengths while gaining a genuine understanding of our culture.

  1. Introduction call with the Talent Partner to discuss your background and motivations.

  2. 60-minute sourcing assignment: You’ll prepare a brief outreach example to share with the Hiring Managers to explore your approach.

  3. 30-minute Values interview with a member of our team focused on collaboration, adaptability, and alignment with Perk’s culture.

How We Work

At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.
