At monday.com, we’re on a mission to empower teams to achieve their best. As we expand across the DACH region, we’re looking for a SDR Manager to build, lead, and grow a team of high-performing Sales Development Representatives. You’ll play a key role in shaping our presence in the region, backed by the momentum of a $1B ARR, publicly traded company.

This is a unique opportunity to be a founding member of our Munich office—owning strategy, influencing growth, and driving impact.|

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in our brand new Munich office, Rindermarkt – steps from Marienplatz)

What you bring:

  • 3+ years of sales development or business development experience in a SaaS or technology-related field, with at least 1+ year in a leadership or mentorship role.
  • Track record of exceeding SDR or BDR targets, including generating qualified leads and building sales pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a high-performing SDR team, with experience in performance management and coaching.
  • Strong prospecting, qualifying, and outbound sales skills. Experience with cold outreach and consultative selling.
  • A passion for growth with a proactive attitude toward seeking and implementing feedback, both for yourself and your team.
  • Data-Driven: Able to analyze performance data, identify trends, and make decisions that improve the team's performance.
  • Comfortable with technology, especially CRM tools and sales automation platforms. Able to quickly learn and demo software solutions.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate across departments, particularly with Sales and Marketing, to ensure alignment and shared goals.
  • German language skills at native level

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with monday.com’s platform or other sales engagement/CRM tools.
  • Experience with specific verticals/industries, acting as a subject matter expert.
