The Opportunity 

We are hiring a Scrum Master / Project Manager with .NET delivery experience to help with our transition from a WPF desktop application to a modern web platform. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive Agile delivery, and ensure smooth execution across a multi-year transformation programme.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead Agile ceremonies and maintain high-quality sprint rhythms. 

• Partner with Product and Engineering to manage backlogs, dependencies, and priorities. 

• Build and run delivery plans for the migration, including timelines, risks, and reporting. 

• Support .NET engineering teams with effective estimation, planning, and unblockers. 

• Track progress through Azure DevOps/Jira and maintain clear dashboards for leadership. 

• Drive process improvement and ensure consistent delivery practices across teams. 

• Coordinate communication across product, engineering, and implementation. 

About You – Ideal Profile 

• 5–10 years as Scrum Master or PM
  in SaaS, FinTech, or complex engineering environments. 

• Strong understanding of .NET development, APIs, and modern web architectures (WPF/Blazor/React experience a plus). 

• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills. 

• Confident managing delivery plans, risks, and cross-team collaboration. 

• Skilled in Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile tooling. 

• Delivery-focused, proactive, and comfortable with rapid change.
