This is an on‑site role.

In this role, you will support the technical transfer of new and existing upstream (USP) or downstream (DSP) processes into our pilot facility, helping ensure smooth scale‑up towards cGMP manufacturing.

What you will do

  • Prepare process descriptions, batch records and raw material lists for USP or DSP operations.

  • Support pilot‑scale batch execution by planning and managing daily tasks.

  • Operate plant equipment and basic analytical technologies following defined processes.

  • Ensure transfer documentation is accurate and maintained to meet project timelines.

  • Identify trends and resolve routine process issues with guidance from senior colleagues.

  • Compile and analyse batch data to create clear process summary reports for customers.

  • Support EHS protocol execution and help improve pilot operations through on‑the‑job learning.

What we are looking for

  • A BSc in Biological science or biochemical engineering discipline

  • Interest in analytical techniques in upstream or downstream bioprocessing.

  • Ability to interpret numerical data and prepare clear technical documentation.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
