Key activities

  • Supporting coverage of Strategic Equity Solutions clients in relation to managing and optimising listed equity situations, that can include structural features to address any of fiscal, derivative, accounting and legal requirements.
  • Activities will include:
    • Production of marketing material
    • Obtaining pricing and structuring with the trading desk(s)
    • Assisting with client meetings and preparation
    • Execution of client trades
    • Production of supporting materials for risk approvals, liaising with various stakeholders as well as subsequent attendance in approval forums
    • Working on wider syndications with bank peer group

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in Front Office roles in investment banking, ideally in equity financing and equity derivatives, or alternatively in capital market roles or coverage / M&A
  • Fluency in English
  • Other linguistic capabilities including spoken and written Spanish, French or German desirable
  • A Degree (or equivalent), preferably in a numerical discipline
  • CISI – Corporate Finance Module (to be obtained during first 6 months)
  • CISI – Regulatory Module (to be obtained during first 6 months)

This role is based in our Triton Square office in London, conveniently located within walking distance from Euston Station and Warren Street Station.
