Your Future Team
As the Team Lead for SMB+ Scaled Sales, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating growth and driving expansion across Atlassian's highest-potential SMB accounts. Your focus will be on leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maximize account growth, and ensure strong retention within the SMB+ segment. By proactively identifying and executing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities, you will help customers realize the full value of Atlassian's solutions throughout their lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners-including marketing, product, and channel teams-to align on strategic initiatives, optimize account planning, and drive total book of business growth. As a leader, you will coach and empower your team to excel in both inbound and outbound sales motions, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices to achieve ambitious targets and support the ongoing success of the SMB+ business.
What you'll do:
  • Lead and develop the EMEA SMB+ team, focusing on the top high-value accounts within the SMB segment.
  • Drive revenue growth through both inbound and outbound sales motions, with a strong emphasis on account expansion and promotion readiness.
  • Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies, leveraging automation and sales tooling to optimize prospecting, lead management, and workflow efficiency.
  • Provide formal sales coaching, enablement, and ongoing training to elevate team performance and support career progression.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, growth, and channel partners to align on go-to-market strategies and maximize customer growth and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, using insights to inform coaching, strategy adjustments, and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Foster a high-performance, customer-centric culture, emphasizing active listening, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

Your Background:
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment.
  • Fluency in German is highly preferred for this role, but also strong English communication skills are also required.
  • Experience managing high-volume account portfolios and leading teams through both inbound and outbound sales motions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using CRM and sales tools to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and inspire sales teams, with a focus on enablement and skill-building.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and with channel partners.
  • High degree of adaptability, business acumen, and resilience in a dynamic sales environment.
