We have an immediate need for an SAP Technical Solutions Architect for Logistics:
- The role is full time & fully remote, but the candidate must be based in the UK
- Must have excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction and passion to help customers.
- Occasional after hours, weekends and holidays support for urgent customer issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote-based SAP support for a combination of logistics modules (MM, PP, PM, SD, WM and QM).
- Develop strong support-based relationships with our clients, must have excellent customer focus and communication, friendly interaction and passion to help customers with their software issues.
- Continuously drive customer satisfaction by tracking issues from start to closure, minimizing aging cases.
- Support clients with customizations and provide implementation and best practices process support.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues online and using remote-connecting tools. Must have good analytical ability and strong resources to utilize for resolving issues.
- Application support role will also perform a Quality Assurance function – testing fixes and enhancements created by developers
Requirements:
- 18+ Years SAP MM and SD and PP and PM and WM and QM implementation and support experience.
- Expert level knowledge in either SAP MM and SD and PP modules.
- Ability to debug ABAP programs
- Expert level ABAP programming skills would be an added advantage.
- Strong SAP integration experience with other core SAP functionality and business suite products.
- Must have good understanding and scope of software to know how a change can impact other parts of the software
- Ability to work remotely within a close team environment as well as with teams in all regions.
