Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and expertise in HR technology transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end project delivery: scope, planning, execution, and reporting.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across teams.

  • Oversee SuccessFactors configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project timelines and budgets.

  • Support change management and user adoption through training and communication.

Necessary Knowledge / Skills

  • Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation (Employee Central, Recruiting, etc.).

  • Strong project management expertise with PMP/Prince2 preferred.

  • Deep understanding of HR processes and system governance.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira) and budgeting.
