The Team
Our Digital Platforms Practice helps some of the largest global firms and most recognizable brands deliver value and business transformation enabled by digital ERP solutions and services. Our ERP services, covering strategy, implementation and innovation, help clients deliver true value and achieve their transformation agenda.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Public Cloud Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud programs. This role will ensure successful implementation across multiple business units, aligning with strategic objectives and driving value realization from cloud-based SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Program Leadership:
- Own end-to-end delivery of SAP Public Cloud programs, including planning, governance, and execution.
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and SAP partners.
- Facilitate executive updates and ensure alignment across global and local teams.
- Cloud Strategy & Adoption:
- Drive adoption of SAP Public Cloud best practices and ensure compliance with “clean core” principles.
- Support change management and training initiatives to maximize business value.
- Risk & Issue Management:
- Identify and mitigate risks across technical, operational, and organizational dimensions.
- Implement robust governance and escalation frameworks.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination:
- Manage relationships with SAP and implementation partners, ensuring delivery quality and adherence to SLAs.
- Budget & Resource Management:
- Oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization
Requirements
- Experience:
- 10+ years in SAP program/project management, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-country SAP programs.
- 10+ years of SAP Consulting experience/background.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of SAP Public Cloud architecture, deployment models, and integration patterns.
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- SAP Activate Methodology
- PMP or PRINCE2
- ITIL
- Key Competencies:
- Strategic thinking and ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
- Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Project-related mobility/willingness to travel
