Here at DXC Technology we continue to grow our SAP Practice. We are seeking a SAP HCM Process Senior Consultant to deliver end-to-end HR process design and configuration within SAP HCM. This role covers the integration of Personnel Administration (PA), Organisational Management (OM), Time Management (PT), and Payroll (PY), ensuring compliant, efficient, and auditable HR operations within S/4HANA / H4S4 programmes.

As an HCM Process Consultant, you will work closely with HR stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into functional solutions, and deliver integrated HR processes across the employee lifecycle. The role requires both strong functional expertise and the ability to connect multiple HCM modules into cohesive, end-to-end processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client workshops to capture HR business processes and map them to SAP HCM best practices

  • Configure core SAP HCM modules (OM, PA, Time, Payroll) to support employee lifecycle, position management, and statutory compliance

  • Define and document end-to-end HR processes (hire-to-retire, absence to payroll, organisation changes)

  • Ensure cross-functional integration with Payroll, Finance, and Talent Management

  • Own functional design for WRICEF objects related to HR processes

  • Support data migration, parallel runs, and reconciliation activities

  • Deliver test strategy and scenarios for HR process validation (SIT/UAT)

  • Produce functional documentation, training materials, and process maps

Experience & Skills Required

  • Strong hands-on experience across SAP HCM processes (PA, OM, Time, Payroll)

  • Knowledge of HR master data structures, organisational hierarchies, and reporting

  • Familiarity with statutory HR compliance (UK/EU payroll, leave entitlements, audit)

  • Experience designing cross-module integrations between HR and Finance

  • Skilled in preparing functional designs and leading client workshops

Tools & Methodologies

  • SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time, Payroll)

  • SAP Fiori for HR processes (where enabled)

  • SAP Activate, Solution Manager, Jira/qTest

Qualifications

  • Degree in HR, Business, or IT

  • SAP HCM certification desirable

Stakeholder & Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset

  • Detail-oriented, ensuring compliance and accuracy

  • Collaborative team player with mentoring capability
