The role

Strada has its own pre-configured payroll solution in SAP. Next to that, we have a middle ware solution that works as a single point of integration between Cloud HR solutions and certified integrations to local payrolls. Therefore, as a Payroll Lead you have an important role in the maintenance of the payroll for our existing customers.

The Responsibilities

  • Responsible for solving tickets as corrective maintenance and implement change requests.
  • Work on legal issues and more complex problems, as well as training and coaching more junior colleagues located in other countries.
  • Focus on SAP Payroll, but also the maintenance of our Strada products.
  • Close contact with the Operations team responsible for payroll processing and customers.
  • Support the implementation of new projects and take care of a save landing once the customer is live.
  • You will be part of the team in the Netherlands with experienced payroll specialists that work closely together with near shore teams in Granada (Spain) as well as other colleagues around the world.
  • The company language is English, but you must also to be able to speak Dutch with the customer and be able to read the Dutch documents coming from the tax office and others like pension funds.

The Requirements

  • Fluent in Dutch & English.
  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent (or education in HR payroll).
  • 3-5 years of experience in SAP payroll.
  • Ability to program in ABAP.
  • Knowledge about Dutch payroll legislation.
  • Ideally experience in (SAP) Time Management.
  • Experience with HR systems like SuccessFactors, Oracle or Workday is preferred.
