Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior SAP Business Transformation Consultant to drive large-scale SAP-enabled business transformation programs while delivering significant revenue growth. This strategic leadership role combines deep SAP expertise, executive advisory capabilities, and a strong commercial mindset. The successful candidate will engage C-level stakeholders, shape transformation strategies, and own a $20M+ annual bookings target across SAP consulting, implementation, and managed services offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Growth Leadership
Own and achieve annual order bookings exceeding $20M.
Identify, qualify, and close SAP transformation and optimization opportunities.
Build and manage executive relationships within strategic customer accounts.
Develop account growth strategies and multi-year transformation roadmaps.
Lead deal shaping, proposal development, pricing, and executive presentations.
Business Transformation Advisory
Advise C-suite leaders on business transformation enabled by SAP solutions.
Assess and optimize business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, and Operations.
Develop business cases, ROI models, and value realization frameworks.
Position SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, BTP, and cloud solutions within broader transformation initiatives.
Solution Leadership
Define SAP transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Guide customers on S/4HANA migrations, cloud adoption, and SAP innovation strategies.
Partner with delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful execution.
Support executive steering committees during pre-sales and program initiation phases.
Market Leadership
Represent the organization at industry events, SAP forums, and executive roundtables.
Contribute to go-to-market strategies, service offerings, and thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
12–20+ years of SAP consulting, transformation, or advisory experience.
Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Cloud solutions, BTP, and RISE with SAP.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes including Finance, Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay.
Proven success in closing enterprise consulting deals valued at $10M+, with experience driving large revenue targets.
Experience working within the SAP partner ecosystem and managing senior executive relationships.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Background with leading SAP consulting firms.
Industry expertise in Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Life Sciences, or Utilities.
Established network within the SAP customer community.
Success Measures
Achieve $20M+ annual bookings.
Expand strategic accounts and executive relationships.
Maintain a strong pipeline with 3–5x coverage.
