Ensure sample handling follows quality and accreditation processes, maintain a safe, organized work area, transport samples/equipment between locations, perform periodic inventories, and use forklifts, hand and power tools safely.

- Management of samples from receiving, internal distribution through lab testing to dispatch dispositioning using database software and stored in the correct location.
- Checking samples against sample requirement.
- Ensure samples are managed within quality process and in compliance with according the UL Quality and accreditation process requirements.
- Maintain an organized, safe, clean and productive work area.
- Conducts periodic inventories of sample storage areas.
- Transport samples or equipment between location of company.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or DSE qualification.
- Class 2 driving license is required.
- Ability to use forklift operation.
- Ability to use basic computer software.
- Ability to work with hand and small power tools such as saws and drills in a safe manner.
- Physical demands include, but are not limited to, standing, reaching, stooping/bending, walking and lifting/carrying objects up to 60 lbs. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
