You're a proven Technical Salesforce Lead, who can combine the leadership and technical demands of the role, as well as collaborate easily with key stakeholders across the business.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.
- Collaborate and guide business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce development team.
- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and drive RCA sessions
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce platform.
- Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and technologies, recommending enhancements and improvements.
- Drive best practices, both in technology and ways of working.
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Lead or Senior Developer 5+ years
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Sales/Service etc.) are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Integrations
- Demonstrable experience with database management, data modelling, and system design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
