Analyzes Salesforce business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, defining epics and features, refining user stories and acceptance criteria, documenting requirements in traceability matrices or Azure DevOps, creating process flows, supporting solution design, and participating in Scrum and Agile delivery activities.
Job Description
Immediate Joiners only
1-2 days onsite to Client Site
- Working with business stakeholders to define Epics and Features
- Working as part of a KES Team to refine requirements into User Stories with approved Acceptance Criteria
- Working with Solutions Architect contributing to design activities
- Create AS-IS/TO-BE process flows as necessary
- Document and manage requirements accordingly, whether through Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) or within Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog
- Participate in scrum/agile activities to drive through Development
- No management or authorisation responsibilities
