Description

 We are looking for Salesforce Implementation to become an integral part of our Professional Services team at Dot Compliance. At Dot Compliance, we strive to ensure customers’ satisfaction and an effective onboarding process. As a Salesforce Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with the professional services global team to support technical activities during customer onboarding stage, develop custom solutions, tools and scripts to improve the process and work closely with the product team to design and develop the tools required to support new products and features. You will be working in collaboration with the customers and closely with our support, product, and customer success teams. 

Dot Compliance is a cloud-based, innovative software company, and our product, built on Salesforce platform, allows life science customers to manage their quality and compliance

You will succeed in this role if you are a problem solver who likes to work with data and people to drive the best solution for both the customer and Dot.  

Responsibilities: 

  • Configure the DOT Compliance system in accordance with defined customer requirements. 
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with the Professional Services team on ongoing implementation projects. 
  • Utilize Salesforce configuration tools to implement customer-specific functionalities within the DOT Compliance platform. 
  • Deploy configurations and customizations across customer environments (orgs). 
  • Conduct system performance testing and validation to ensure quality and compliance. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Customer Success, R&D, Support, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless delivery and system integrity. 

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in Development of Apex/LWC/VF 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in configuring applications on the Salesforce platform; experience in administration is considered an advantage 
  • Proven experience with system integration projects (e.g., API-based, middleware, or third-party systems) is highly desirable 
  • Proven experience in salesforce deployment 
  • Proven experience in developing complex Flows 
  • Good knowledge of Excel 
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English. 
  • Additional language is an advantage. 
  • Autodidact with a strong ability to quickly grasp new concepts and adapt to changing environments
  • Team Player, able to excel in a rapidly changing, hyper-growth, startup environment. 
  • Relevant degree from a recognized university/college
