Job Description

   

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on front-end development using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and JavaScript to join our internal systems development team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining custom Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions that enhance our internal operations and improve efficiency. You will work closely with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, user-friendly applications.

This is ideally a hybrid position with a possibility to work remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Front-End Development: Design and develop responsive and performant user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

  • Salesforce Development: Develop and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and other declarative features.

  • JavaScript Expertise: Utilize strong JavaScript skills to build complex interactive components, handle asynchronous operations, and integrate with other systems.

  • LWC Development: Build reusable and efficient LWC components, leveraging the latest features and best practices.

  • API Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST APIs and other integration methods.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and application stability.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.

  • Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot issues, working with development teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including code comments, API documentation, and user guides.

  • Staying Current: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong focus on front-end development.  

  • Extensive experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

  • Strong JavaScript skills.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.

  • Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, CI/CD).

  • Understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.  

  • Experience with other JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.

  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II).

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
