Who are you?
The Director of Sales is a motivated, strong sales closer, and expert in B2B consultative selling. The right candidate is a quick thinker, highly adaptable, possesses a fun personality, with a compassionate business advisor mentality. The individual will effectively build an instant rapport with our partners and business leaders across UK/Europe, across all industries, and are experts in selling B2B Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
What you get to do:
  • Partner side-by-side with the VP of Sales and UK GM to build this practice; together you will execute the go-to-market strategy, with your primary responsibility to bring in Salesforce Revenue Cloud projects.
  • Work closely with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Salesforce AEs to provide solutions for clients
  • Conduct screen share demonstrations while speaking to clients
  • Evaluate client needs to identify how Pierce Washington can provide appropriate solutions
  • Analyze large amounts of existing online analytic data and engagement while implementing consultative sales strategies to close the sale
  • Build an instant rapport with business leaders
  • Can alternate sales approaches as to speak to anyone in any industry at any time
  • Build positive interdepartmental relationships and communicate effectively
  • Update the CRM consistently and diligently providing accurate client information
What you bring to the role:
  • 8+ years of Salesforce industry experience in a management/technology consulting capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/professional experience required
  • Proven achievement in new and expanded client business generation
  • Excellent client facing, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet a range of deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to successfully negotiate when closing new business
  • Strong analytical aptitude, comfort working with data with great attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks and work within a team environment but also the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Must be a goal oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent worker
  • This position will work be flexible working (work from home and office in central London)
  • Prior experience with Salesforce projects, ideally CPQ, Billing and/or Commerce Cloud
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire with in first several months
  • Understanding of complementary CPQ applications such as DocuSign, Adobe Sign, and Avalara Tax
  • Understanding of IT delivery models and methodologies
