We’re hiring for a Data Administrator (Salesforce) to join our Business Operations function in London.

Purpose of the Role

As Data Administrator (Salesforce) you’ll act as the conduit between sales operations, finance, growth and the dentsu UK&I business - ensuring one point of contact, and one source of truth, for Salesforce business intelligence. This will include providing in depth sales analysis, forecasting trends, pipeline detail, insight into sales strategy optimisation and actionable recommendations, acting as a business partner, providing dentsu UK&I with the information required to inform decision making and future growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Salesforce is the single source of truth for business monitoring, forecasting and pipeline management, being the central owner of this data, responsible for interfacing with stakeholders to ensure key information is surfaced, and shared in a way that aligns with key business metrics.
  • Analyse and interpret revenue data within the Salesforce system with the ability to identify key revenue drivers and trends, articulating insights clearly and simply, making them accessible to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and align to the business targets and reveal crucial insights into customer behaviour, sales cycle efficiency, and overall performance metrics.
  • Use data analytics tools and software, such as PowerBI, to manage and analyse large datasets and draw meaningful insights from complex data.
  • Work with a variety of dentsu UK&I stakeholders (e.g. executive leadership, sales operations, growth teams, finance), in partnership, to provide the business intelligence required is important in driving success.

Qualifications + Skills

  • Experience using Salesforce to mine, extract and gather insights from the platform is essential.
  • Proficient in analysing complex data sets and using data analytics tools and software to identify patterns, and derive insights, with experience in PowerBI.
  • Experience in creating detailed reports and presentations that translate data-driven insights to highlight key findings and recommendations.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate complex concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Awareness of ethical implications and responsible practices, ensuring fairness, transparency, and accountability in relevant data systems.
  • Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.

This is a permanent role. The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Tuesday and Thursday.
