We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant with strong Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) expertise to join our Salesforce team in London.
This role is ideal for someone deeply familiar with Salesforce CPQ, and the advanced capabilities provided through Revenue Cloud Advanced, including advanced invoicing, payment orchestration, usage rating, evergreen subscription models, and automated revenue lifecycles. You’ll partner with clients to optimize and mature their Quote‑to‑Cash processes using the full RCA toolset.
We will also support your path toward becoming a Solution Architect, taking ownership of end‑to‑end solution design and serving as the primary SME for all Revenue Cloud Advanced implementations.
The Role
- Lead the design and implementation of Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) capabilities including:
- Advanced billing and invoicing
- Complex pricing and usage rating
- Automated payments and collections
- Subscription lifecycle automation
- Revenue recognition alignment and compliance
- Build a scalable solution design strategy for each engagement, maximizing the capabilities within RCA and aligning them to client requirements.
- Facilitate client workshops focused on Quote‑to‑Cash process optimization, RCA feature enablement, advanced billing model design, and system architecture planning.
- Analyze complex business and technical requirements, especially around subscription models, amendment rules, evergreen structures, and multi‑entity billing operations.
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure scope, budget, and timelines support accurate and successful RCA deployment.
- Advise clients on Salesforce and Revenue Cloud Advanced best practices, helping them adopt modern billing operations, automation features, and scalable revenue processes.
- Partner with the practice lead to enhance methodologies for RCA design, delivery, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with Development and Integration teams to enable seamless data flows between RCA, ERP systems, tax engines, and payment platforms.
You Have
- Experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Solution Architect, Billing Specialist, or similar role with focus on advanced billing or revenue processes.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, ideally including Revenue Cloud Advanced features.
- Strong understanding of Quote‑to‑Cash processes, subscription commerce, billing operations, payments, and revenue lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to design or support complex use cases such as multi‑site billing, usage‑based pricing, evergreen subscriptions, or automated collections.
- Salesforce certifications preferred (Admin, CPQ Specialist, Billing Specialist, or Revenue Cloud Consultant).
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams, conducting discovery, and supporting enterprise‑level implementations.
