About the RoleThe Salesforce Business Analyst plays a key role in translating business needs into effective Salesforce solutions that support growth and efficiency. This role requires a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who can support complex projects through data transformation, UI/UX design, process automation, and security configuration.

Key Responsibilities- Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvements within Salesforce.
- Salesforce Configuration: Implement hands-on Salesforce customizations, including workflows, reports, dashboards, and security settings, with guidance from technical leads.
- Data Management & Transformation: Ensure data integrity, migration, and optimization within Salesforce, supporting business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Change Management & Training: Develop user guides, training videos, and tip sheets to support user adoption and ensure the successful implementation of new processes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and clients to align project deliverables with business objectives and user expectations.
- Agile & Scrum Execution: Operate within Agile or Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient project management and continuous delivery.
- Travel requirements are contingent on client needs and may range from approximately 25% to 50%.
- Preferred Salesforce Experience: Hands-on Salesforce configuration expertise with knowledge of automation, reporting, and security best practices.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate the value of assigned tasks and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Mindset: Experience working with Scrum or Agile methodologies to deliver high-quality, iterative solutions.
- Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Certifications & Training: Existing Salesforce certifications or demonstrated success on Trailhead are highly preferred.
