  • Maintain and deliver the communications plan for Salesforce changes and updates.

Business Analysis & Roadmap Delivery

  • Identify opportunities to enhance data quality, streamline processes and improve system structures.
  • Lead initiatives that maximise the value of Salesforce and drive operational efficiency.

Continuous Improvement & Change Management

  • Use diagnostic tools to manage change through pre‑delivery, transition and post‑delivery phases.
  • Support system‑led analysis across Commercial (500 FTE), ensuring improvements deliver measurable commercial benefits.
  • Ensure blockers related to requirement definition, sign‑off or cross‑functional issues are resolved quickly.

Stakeholder Engagement & SME Input

  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure alignment, progress and clarity.
  • Provide subject‑matter expertise on sales processes and frontline user journeys.
  • Attend working groups and governance forums to ensure development stays aligned to business needs.

Operational & Compliance Awareness

  • Support the design of processes that meet QA, incident management and regulatory requirements.
  • Understand the competitor landscape and market environment to inform future enhancements.

Experience & Skills

Essential Experience

  • Must have business analysis experience, covering both business change and technical/system analysis.
  • Experience working with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence.
  • Strong understanding of sales, customer service or business improvement environments.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams to deliver solutions in an Agile environment.
  • Ability to manage UAT and ensure solutions meet business acceptance criteria.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience beneficial but not essential).
  • Knowledge of New Business and Retention operations, QA processes and incident management.
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in sales operations.

Core Skills & Behaviours

  • Strong analytical and process improvement skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder influence.
  • Logical, investigative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to understand business impacts.
  • Strong team player who can also work independently with high output.
  • Confident decision‑maker who knows when to escalate or seek support.
  • Able to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Positive, proactive, curious and solutions‑focused attitude.
