We’re seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep Salesforce expertise to lead end‑to‑end analysis, process design, and requirements definition across our Sales and Marketing ecosystem.

Working closely with the Salesforce Product Owner and senior stakeholders, you’ll translate complex business needs into scalable, high‑quality Salesforce solutions, considering upstream and downstream systems. You’ll bring strong enterprise process thinking and analytical rigour to support delivery, prioritisation, and roadmap decisions within a product‑led operating model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end business analysis across Salesforce and integrated enterprise systems
  • Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non‑functional requirements
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and process impacts
  • Own current‑state and future‑state process design, driving simplification and optimisation
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Architecture to shape scalable Salesforce solutions
  • Analyse data flows, integrations, and cross‑system dependencies to inform decisions
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
  • Support Agile delivery through refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and reviews
  • Contribute to change, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
  • Extensive experience as a Senior or Lead Business Analyst within Salesforce environments
  • Strong Salesforce domain knowledge, ideally across Sales and Marketing capabilities
  • Proven experience analysing complex, end‑to‑end, cross‑system business processes
  • Experience working in Agile / product‑led delivery models
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, including senior leaders
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, structured requirements
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and detailed levels
  • Salesforce certification(s) desirable but not essential
