About the Role
 

We are looking for a sales performance coach who has: Demonstrated success in sales throughout their career Certification in coaching or a strong background in effectively coaching sales performance improvement and implementing change Expertise in integrating adult learning and instructional design principles into sales training Possess strong skills in stakeholder management be adaptable, agile, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously to effectively meet the dynamic needs of the sales organization. You will take ownership of designing and delivering blended learning programs and content for a number of high-profile projects. These will be within our organization that focus on enhancing the skills and capabilities of our Go To Market community. Your role will focus on creating impactful, engaging, and scalable blended learning experiences capable of driving revenue growth.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Designing and facilitating effective sales skills and sales performance training sessions in both face-to-face and digital classroom settings that drive successful adoption of Challenger at each stage of the Sales Cycle: Prospecting, Needs Analysis, Solution Development, Customer Evaluation and Negotiation

  • Delivering new starter onboarding workshops

  • Implementing best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles to create high-quality instructional materials. These include e-learning modules, videos, presentations, job aids, and post learning implementation plans.

  • Utilizing the Challenger sales methodology to develop and deliver product training to sales teams across blended learning channels.

  • Providing ongoing guidance and support to front-line managers and sales teams to ensure post learning implementation plans are successful and achieve long term behaviour change

  • Designing assessments and facilitate accreditation programs that benchmark skills, measure learning and identify patterns in areas for improvement

  • Working with shared input to ensure roles, responsibilities, content creation, timelines, testing and delivery is coordinated and documented

Requirements 

  • Demonstrated success in sales throughout their career

  • Certification in coaching or a strong background in effectively coaching sales performance improvement and implementing change

  • Expertise in integrating adult learning and instructional design principles into sales training

  • Possess strong skills in stakeholder management

  • Be adaptable, agile, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously to effectively meet the dynamic needs of the sales organization
