As our full-time Sales Training Coordinator, you will work closely with the Sales Trainer as well as both the People Team and Sales Enablement teams, managing the onboarding, training, and skills progression for our team of Sales Professionals.

This exciting opportunity allows you to play a key role in supporting the Sales Trainer with dynamic onboarding, engaging training events, and keeping programs running smoothly.

You’ll also collaborate with the hiring team on impactful recruitment tasks, assist with resource allocation, and help ensure that sales reps are perfectly positioned to drive business success and growth!

Training & Onboarding Support

  • Assist the Sales Trainer with onboarding and ongoing training for new hires joining the organization.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to ensure smooth delivery of training sessions.
  • Support the hiring team with ad hoc tasks when required, such as preparing onboarding materials and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Performance Support

  • Coordinate with the Sales Trainer to review sales calls and sales emails to identify skill gaps, trends, and additional training needs for individuals and/or teams.
  • Compile observations and support the Sales Trainer in forming recommendations for coaching, training refreshers, and program adjustments.
  • Provide direct support to the Sales Trainer when implementing follow-up training actions or individualized development plans as needed.

Operational Enablement

  • Assist the Sales Trainer and Sales Enablement team with resourcing and allocating sales reps to ensure optimal coverage and alignment with business needs and priorities.
  • Coordinate operational activities and help prepare recommendations related to rep assignments, training schedules, and workflow adjustments.
  • Support execution of operational tasks directly as required to keep programs and processes running smoothly.

Market & Program Awareness

  • Stay updated with current market trends and the changing demands of B2B tech business development, sales development, and marketing.
