What we offer you

As one of our Team Leads you'll be based at our Central London offices and have the opportunity to travel internationally to our Global events. You'll also have the opportunity to build relationships with key industry leaders within the insurance industry.

  • Salary range of £45,000 to £50,000
  • OTE of £90,000 - £100,000
  • The chance to lead a team of vibrant high achievers  
  • The opportunity to progress to the next level of management within 12 months

Your Responsibilities

Given our global expansion, the Sales Team Leader role is strategically important to place us as the market leader in the industry. You will be focused on motivating and inspiring sales people to deliver excellent results whilst promoting the brand value to the industry. You will be a key part of delivering product and company growth over the next few years by leading from the front.

Start date

Flexible

Monday - Friday we work from our office (next to Sloane Square Station ) and do not offer remote work.
