Job Summary
Provides administrative support to print-on-demand sales team and clients to increase sales growth and meets sales objectives. Works with sales team on client onboarding, process improvements & research to implement efficiencies.
Essential Job Duties:
- Provides administrative support to include sales reporting, maintaining sales data and facilitating communication across teams
- Assists with client onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new clients.
- Partners with the internal teams to facilitate communication with clients ensuring the business relationship is effective and efficient and issues are resolved timely.
- Works to provide basic primary support for key publishers, resolving inquiries, escalating more complex issues, and building long-term relationships.
- Identifies sales opportunities, trends and process efficiencies through data analysis and research, contributing to the achievement of sales goals.
- Assists in the implementation of market sales objectives and strategy for delivering sales plan, expanding the global content catalog in coloration with export teams.
- Working with sales team to review sales objectives against target and prospective client status.
- As assigned, prioritizes key accounts and ensures effective utilization of resources.
- Works with the Marketing department as required to ensure marketing objectives are implemented.
- Assists in providing reports and data for MBD’s and Meetings, to include creation of PowerPoint presentations.
- Creates and updates documentation and training materials for internal teams and clients, improving communication and enhancing client experience.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by the business from time to time.
- To be responsible for your own Health and Safety and be aware of factors affecting your colleagues to maintain a safe environment. To report any accidents or potential hazards to your Line Manager immediately.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 years’ sales experience / Client management / book industry experience essential
Education: College / University degree or directly related year for year experience

- Sales focused with a customer first approach.
- Able to prove an ability to develop imaginative business solutions from past experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create and implement solutions for process improvements and operational efficiencies..
- Flexible and proactive
- Computer literate, efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Knowledge of CRM tools for sales forecasting, pipeline management and data analysis.
- Must be able to manage workload by establishing priorities; be detail-oriented; and possess the ability to operate successfully within a fast-paced environment.
- A flexible approach to work, hours and be adaptable to change are critical attributes.
Essential Physical Demands:
- Ability to travel
- Ability to sit at workstation for extended periods of time
- Ability to work effectively using a personal computer for long periods of time
- Ability to operate computer equipment, including keyboard and monitor, phone equipment and other necessary office equipment
- Ability to maintain consistent, punctual and regular attendance
- Ability to maintain full time work schedule during normal company operating hours
