💷 Salary: £27,500 – £30,000 per year

Are you an organised, proactive, and commercially‑savvy professional looking to grow your career in a fast‑paced international sales environment? We’re looking for a Sales Support Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our Regional Sales Managers and Retention Manager across global markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with internal teams—including Sales, Retention, Logistics, Underwriting, Marketing, and Operations—as well as external stakeholders such as UK, EEA, and global brokers, plus existing clients.

🌍 What You’ll Do

As our Sales Support Executive, you’ll be the engine behind our sales activity, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting quotation data into internal systems accurately and on time
  • Managing diary systems to ensure Quote TATs are met
  • Distributing renewal terms directly to clients or via brokers
  • Supporting regional managers with key sales campaigns
  • Facilitating the TOBA (Terms of Business Agreement) process
  • Delivering high-quality support in a fast-moving commercial environment

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly sales‑oriented, with an eye for opportunities
  • Proficient with Excel and confident navigating digital systems
  • Clear and professional in both verbal and written communication
  • Methodical, organised, and detail-driven
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Calm under pressure and able to work independently
  • Commercially aware with strong analytical thinking
  • Adaptable, flexible, and customer‑centric
  • Self‑motivated with strong ownership and accountability

Proficiency in English is required.

Preferred Skills

While not essential, it’s a bonus if you have:

  • Strong communication and influencing skills across teams and regions
  • Existing relationships within the global distribution network
  • Experience supporting or developing team capabilities
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills in a busy environment
  • Solid technical competencies relevant to sales operations
